New Southern Cooking Class

We are so pleased to continue our Southern Chef Series with SC native Chef John Ondo joining us from Charleston. Chef Ondo is chef owner of Lana a neighborhood restaurant in downtown Charleston that’s cuisine is a take on modern Southern with a slight nod to the classics. He will be doing a cooking demo with a few of the courses that he will serve that evening. This is a wonderful event to watch the chef prepare the dishes we will have in an instructional manner prior to sitting down for dinner.  Chef Ondo and Chef Raffaele will create a multi-course menu that will be paired with wonderful wines throughout the night.

Please join Hamptons Executive Chef Raffaele Dall’Erta as he invites some of the South’s top Chefs into his kitchen to create an epicurean experience for all to enjoy. Each event will be an unique experience of wonderful dishes created in unison with both Chef Raffaele and the visiting chef, along with a beverage pairing coordinated by Sommelier Richard Jardin. Each event will be a 3-5 Course Tasting menu paired with the selected libations for the night.
